Introducing Gluu's New Support Portal!

We are delighted to inform you about the transition to our new support portal. To facilitate a seamless migration, kindly adhere to the following instructions:
- Verify that you possess an active commercial agreement with Gluu. If not, please contact sales@gluu.org to gain access to the support portal.
- Navigate to https://help.gluu.org, which will redirect you to log in via our Agama Lab.
- If you do not have an account, register using your company email address.
- For first-time users, kindly create a test ticket with the subject “New Support Portal.” Ensure that one user from your company completes this step.
- Moving forward, all new tickets can be submitted directly through the new support system. We value your feedback, which will be recorded in the ticket created in Step 4.
- Authorized partners will have the ability to access and submit tickets on your behalf.
Please note: The previous support portal will remain accessible until July 1, 2025. After this date, you may request access to your old tickets. Any unresolved tickets in the old system will remain open until completion.
